St Francis

Tuesday 8^th June

Just got back from the St F’s Mum’s group. We all went to one of the Mums houses for drinks, a chat and some yummy chocolate biscuits!

It’s great to meet up with everyone and talk about how we’re all doing.

Mary was able to make it too. She is 5 weeks into her placement and with 3 little ones she and Mungo are shattered! The little ones seem to be gradually settling and they are beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel!

We’re all at different stages with children with lots of different needs but it’s an oasis for us all. A place where we can support each other. I really enjoy meeting up and having a laugh! We talk a lot about adoption but we do talk about lots of other things too!

It’s very late so I’m off to bed now!
