Open Events

The Society’s Information Events are proving very helpful to those who are thinking about adoption.

Evening events in Milton Keynes and elsewhere are popular, and we've continued to have enquirers attending the monthly lunchtime drop ins. We're looking forward to our next Lunchtime drop in at Collis House Milton Keynes on Friday 16^th April 2010 between 12noon and 2.00pm.

Feedback on the events continues to be very positive, with enquirers having an opportunity to meet staff, have initial questions answered, and most importantly to hear directly from parents who had already adopted through the Society.

Life has had its ups and downs since our son came to live with us, but we wouldn’t change a thing; it was the best thing we ever did’.

The information meetings are open to anyone who may be considering building a family through adoption; you may not even have started on the adoption journey but just need to find ‘a good route map’; you may have given this lots of thought and be clear that it’s the right route for you, or you may have already approached the Society.

Wherever you are, the Information Events provide a welcoming environment, answers to questions, a chance to meet staff and other adopters.

We are the only specialist adoption agency based in Milton Keynes and we work broadly within a 50 mile radius of the city. We welcome individuals from all walks of life, from all cultures and ethnicities, and of any and no religious background.
