We want to speak with you at a time which is convenient to you and to ourselves. If possible we would like to be able to speak with you during our office hours which are 9 - 5 Monday to Thursday and 9 - 4.30 on Fridays.

We appreciate however that if you are working it may be difficult to have a confidential telephone discussion within those hours. Perhaps we could prearrange to call you during your lunch time, or between 5 and 6pm.

If there are no other alternatives, then we will prearrange to call you during the evening.
