SFCS can also offer Fostering for Adoption placements. Find out more about this service here.
St. Francis' Children's Society is first and foremost committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all prospective adopters to share this commitment. All applicants must be willing to undergo safeguarding checks including DBS checks and Local Authority checks. This is to ensure that no adopter is approved who may pose a risk to children or is otherwise unsuitable.
At present, for the safety of our staff and everyone we work with, SFCS employees are all working from home. You can read full details of the changes we've made here.
You can still reach us by calling 01908 572700, as all calls are being re-directed. However, if for any reason you are unable to get through or are not given the opportunity to leave a voice message, please email email@example.com and we will return your call as quickly as possible.
Please be assured, we are still welcoming new adoption enquiries and providing high-quality services and support to our adopters and other service-users.
SFCS is based in Milton Keynes, and we operate within a 50-mile radius of our offices. This covers Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire and parts of Cambridgeshire and East Anglia.
