Next week is LGBT Adoption & Fostering Week 2015!

LGBT Adoption & Fostering Week is run by New Family Social, the UK support group for LGBT adopters and foster carers. During the week, they will be raising the profile of adoption and fostering in the LGBT community, sharing information, and promoting events for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender people who are considering adopting or fostering.

During LGBT Adoption & Fostering Week, SFCS will be hosting three information events across the region – in Milton Keynes, Peterborough and Corby.

The SFCS adoption service, Adoption Connections, is open to any adult who is considering adopting a child.

We operate an open door policy, and welcome all kinds of families for all kinds of children, regardless of age, race, cultural background, religion, marital status or sexual orientation.

If you’re considering adoption and would like to find out a bit more, we hope you’ll join us at one of our information events next week – we’d love to speak to you!
